What we collect

invite.graphy.lk collects guest names and phone numbers provided by couples for the purpose of creating and delivering personalised wedding invitations. We also collect RSVP responses, meal preferences, and messages that guests voluntarily submit.

How we use it

Guest data is used solely to generate personalised invitation links and display RSVP information to the event organiser. We do not sell, share, or use guest data for any marketing or third-party purpose.

Data retention

Event and guest data is retained for 12 months after the wedding date. Couples may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@graphy.lk.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (Sri Lanka, 2022), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@graphy.lk.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Guest phone numbers are stored securely and are only accessible to the event organiser via their private dashboard link.
